About: The ACP was formed September 29, 2006, on the Miniclip Forums, by retired Head General Oagalthorp. They were the biggest army there, and then moved to WordPress. Now they are one of the strongest (if not the strongest) armies in Club Penguin. Their major accomplishments were winning Club Penguin WWII and WWIII, allying many of the strongest armies, and becoming a very strong army, one of the only superpowers ever to enter Club Penguin. They believe it to be their duty to protect Club Penguin from those who wish to harm it. Many other armies in Club Penguin hate the ACP for sometimes being unreasonable, however they continue to maintain their World Power rank because of their Google page-rank and already massive numbers.

Nachos

About: The Nacho creator was Jamesbond1 in the summer of 2006. Some say he was the generic leader, but good. After Jamesbond1 quit, Vital Viper led the Nachos for one day, until Tom Wolf took control when he saw the opportunity. Tom Wolf was the first to make a Nacho website, which is still here today. It’s inactive (obviously), but Tom Wolf’s leadership lasted one year, until the Nacho Leader most people know came to town, Zippy500, who reigned for over a year, and is considered one of the few true warfare legends. Shadow2446 was one of the greatest Nachos ever, even though he wasn’t mentioned, he is involved with every part of Nacho history, and is also a legend. One of the biggest events in Nacho history is the overthrowing of Aka and Jayson, 2 leaders, who were overthrown by a Nachos resistance known as the “Patriots”. Gamer57 and King Kinz 10 were then given leadership. Eventually, the leadership was passed down to Billy Mays and Ads354, and now Billy has been replaced with Pie. The Nachos are known for their open opinions and (if not slightly crude) humor.

Golden Troops
Abbreviation: GT
Status: Medium-Large Army
Government: Democratic
Current Leaders: Flipper, Jerry4ever, Riotors, Saiyaman Xc and Sklooperis
About: GT is an army mainly consisted of merges. At first, GW, CPSS and CPF merged to make GW. GW lived on their own, and rocketed into the Top 10 as a large army. They were pretty successful there, and they were always in the Top 5 for every week, consistently. Then, more recently, the army known as CPST was dying, even though they were once in the Top 10. The leaders of both armies had a meeting and decided to have a trial merge. They merged together, and found that they were so successful that there was no point in even considering canceling the mere. The CPST site was made into a memorial, with only 1 memorial post still published, and a page dedicated to memories of good times in the army. By the next Top 10, GT had shot up to 2nd largest army. The merge has continued to be sucessful up to this date, and they are still holding their World Power spot strong.

Doritos of Club Penguin

About: DCP was created February 8th 2010. They are one of the most recently created army to find their way in to the Top 10. Within their first few days, they grew to a size of over 40 ranked troops. They had some discrepancies with their name, as there were a few other small armies with the abbreviation DCP, even another army specifically named Doritos, but they beat the other armies for the name. They had problems with GT for a while, but after a few weeks these were settled. They had a huge surge towards World Power size during the summer of 2010, but were more recently hacked, and are growing again, back towards the Top 10.

Watex Warriors

About: The Watex Warriors are one of the oldest armies in CP Warfare. They used to be a Major Army, reigning the land back in the day, along with UMA and the Nachos. More recently, they had were having a large surge of power, and it appeared they were going to creep their way back to the top, but then their leader, Lucario, left them without a warning when he was offered a spot as ACP2ic. Then, they fell rapidly, and were clinging for their lives on to their Top 10 spot, sometimes falling out of it completely. Then, Lucario came back, and they started rising again. Now, even though Lucario left again, they are back to their large size, and are always in contention for the top. No matter their size, they have been around for a while, and are always a very well respected army.

Ice Warriors

About: The Ice Warriors are one of the largest, strongest, and most experienced armies in Club Penguin. They’ve been an army since June of 07. The Ice Warriors stand tall, and protect Club Penguin from it’s invaders. The IW used to be a major army, then fell. But after a massive recruiting session that all of the Club Penguin armies helped them with, they got back up on their feet. In January of 2010, the Iceyfeet1234 was overthrown by the other IW owner ranks since many people felt that he had been leading the IW for too long. Icey created a new site, which CPA Central recognized as the real IW, and the IW Rebellion changed their name to the United Penguin Army. The IW fell quite a bit, but have been able to grow since then. Recently, they had a HUGE jump in troops, but then all of the sudden, they fell again. Now they are slightly inactive, but still large. The IW are known for their experience and multiple alliances.

Night Warriors

About: The Night Warriors were originally formed in July 2009 from a merge between the original Night Warriors and the Rogue Rangers, but weren’t heard from a bunch until more recently. In late spring 2010, they made a huge leap in to the Top 10, and have been there ever since. They’ve been in a few spats with armies like GT, but it all got settled. In late summer 2010, they got another huge jump in troops, all the way to near World Power status. They are known as being the only army to not “claim to be the good guy”.

Underground Mafia Army

About: The UMA was created by Pink Mafias, who decided to name an army after himself, unaware that it would be a huge success. The UMA used to be gigantic, one of the largest armies in warfare, but more recently, they took a big downfall, even falling out of the Top 10. They stayed quiet for a while, not making it in to the Top 10, but not falling too far behind, either. A few months ago, they took a huge jump in size, restoring their spot firmly in the Top 10. Some people have moral objections against them, but through all of that, they were able to maintain their large army size for a while. Then all of the sudden, agian, they have fallen off the map, getting less than 20 on their last active count. The world will watch and wait to see if they regain power or not.

About: Team Gold was created on May 7th of 2009. Their first real battle was a PB against the Nachos, which they obviously lost. For a while after that, they fought smaller, less known armies as they continued to try to grow in size. They were first recognized as a large army during a battle with ACP, where they maxed out at 16. After that, they became a pretty well known army. A lot of people thought of them for a while as a “noob army”, but more recently they have really shown their true colors when it comes to size, eventually having a final surge and beating the Nachos in a PB, and earning them a high spot in the Top 10, and in the respect of the army community.

Roman Fire Warriors
Abbreviation: RFW
Status: Large Army
Government Type: Democratic Republic

About: The RFW was formed by a consecutive string of merges. Originally it was 7 small armies; the 1st Tacos, CPIB, RW, WCP, MCP, GPR, BW. Those armies later formed to make the 1st generation of FW, and MRW. MRW and FW merged to make a mega-army called RFW (Roman Fire Warriors). The RFW went up and down as a temporary world power and down to lower ranks. Eventually, Woton, Trickster, and Pringle agreed to merge in the Nachos. A month later, Pringle rebuilt the FW, and then the Blaze Warriors merged in. Eventually, he changed the name back to RFW and the League of Lightning army merged in, making it a massive force once again. Their untrustworthy owner Coolkid deleted all their pages and posts, and after some recruiting, the RFW is climbing back up again.

About: The Elites have been started 3 separate times over the past few years since they were first created by 77Ninja77. The 1G(1st Generation) Elites were the most successful, who competed as a major army for a while. The 3G Elites, started by Supperz1, also made it to the Top 10 for a bit before they were declared officially dead on August 28th, 2010. May their legacy live on forever.

Tacos(1G)

About: The Tacos were originally one of the armies that people liked to refer to as “fan clubs”, because they were started by famous bloggers. Blogger Riffy8888 first made them, so most of his fans joined and they became huge. Eventually, Riffy had to retire, but they still kept up their impressive size for a while, until the army slowly fizzled out and died. May their legacy live on forever.
